The Indonesian Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) has ordered PT Pertamina to pay a USD 1 million in fine for conspiring with private entities to create an unfair competition in the Donggi-Senoro project.
The commission has accused the state owned Oil and Gas Company conspired with PT Medco Energi International, PT Medco E & P Tomori Sulawesi, and Mitsubishi Corporation.

Medco Gets USD 120 Million Loan From Mitsubishi Corporation

PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC), through its subsidiary, PT Medco LNG Indonesia has secured a loan of USD 120 million dollars from the Japanese company Mitsubishi Corporation.
Director of MEDC, Darmoyo Doyoatmojo in information disclosure on Thursday (06/01/2011) says, the loan agreement was signed on December 31, 2010.
