[Jurnal Pos] Attorney to the Senayan City heir Tony Arif and Barry Rozano stated to journalists in their office that their client, Haji Musa bin Haji Marzuki bin Tojib has now claims ownership to the land currently occupied by the Senayan City mall building.

Barry which also a son of one the best lawyer in Indonesia urges PT Manggala Gelora Perkasa (MGP) to pay the Rp 450 billion (USD 45 million) compensation to his client.
“The land belongs to the late Toyib bin Kimming which is grand father of my client” says Barry.
Barry cited registered papers No 241, 416, 448 that show the same land as the one occupied by Senayan City.
“Those lands shown on those papers has never been sold or transferred by anyone” affirm Barry. “Besides, in many of our meetings PT Manggala Gelora Perkasa has not been able to show any proof that the lands belongs to them.”
The 6 ha land in question has a mega mall Senayan City as well as an office for one of the first Indonesian private television station.
Barry convinces that the case mafia conspiracy that has been plaguing the Indonesian legal system also play a role in this debacle depriving the actual owner of the land of its rights.
He says that if this case drags on he will report the case to the Case Mafia Task Force and the Indonesian Human Right Commission.
